Welspun Enterprises Appoints New CHRO and Company Secretary

Welspun Enterprises Limited announced significant changes in its senior management. Ms. Lekha Raghavan has resigned as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), with Mr. Ravi Singh appointed as her successor, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Singh will serve as Designate CHRO from November 5, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Nidhi Tanna has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Ms. Priya Pakhare has been appointed to this role effective December 12, 2026. Both resignations are effective by the end of December 2026, with earlier mutual agreements possible. Mr. Singh brings over two decades of experience in strategic hiring and leadership advisory, while Ms. Pakhare is a Fellow Member of ICSI with over 16 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance.
