Welspun Specialty Solutions Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Welspun Specialty Solutions Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results, which were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 and SEBI Listing Regulations. A limited review report from the statutory auditors, B S R & Co. LLP, was also provided. The figures for the three months ended March 31, 2026, were balancing figures between audited full previous financial year results and year-to-date figures up to the third quarter of the previous financial year.
