WEP Solutions Appoints Gaurav Nigam as COO

WEP Solutions Ltd has appointed Dr. Gaurav Nigam as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective June 1, 2026. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. Dr. Nigam brings over 25 years of experience in IT, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE, with leadership roles at Mphasis, Incedo, Wipro, and Microland. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA, and a B.E. from NIT, and has completed the Chief Digital Officer Programme from ISB Hyderabad. Dr. Nigam is not related to any other director of the company.
