West Leisure Resorts: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

West Leisure Resorts Ltd announced changes in its Board of Directors. Mrs. Swapna Mahendra Sawant has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) effective October 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Concurrently, Mrs. Radha Chotalia has resigned as a Non-Executive Director due to personal reasons, also effective October 30, 2026. Following these changes, the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee have been reconstituted.
