Western Overseas Study Abroad Ltd: CFO Resigns, New CFO Appointed

Western Overseas Study Abroad Ltd announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Jatin Kumar, has resigned due to personal commitments, effective July 10, 2026. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation and expressed appreciation for his services. Concurrently, Ms. Ruchika Ohri has been appointed as the new CFO, effective the same date.
