Wheels India Enters JV with Brakes India & Bosch

Wheels India Ltd (WIL), along with Brakes India Private Limited (BIPL), collectively known as TSF Companies, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Bosch Limited to form a Joint Venture Company (JVCo) in India. The JVCo will focus on developing and producing solutions for the commercial vehicle (CV) air system segment and other products as decided. Bosch will hold 50% of the JVCo's share capital, while the TSF Companies will collectively hold the remaining 50%. The agreement was executed on May 20, 2026, with the JV Board comprising 4 Directors, 2 each nominated by Bosch and TSF Companies.
