Wheels India Appoints Harsha Viji as Additional Director

Wheels India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Harsha Viji as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) effective June 3, 2026. Mr. Viji, son of Non-Executive Director Mr. S Viji, brings over two decades of experience in financial services, strategy, M&A, and business development. He holds degrees in Commerce and Finance & Strategy and is a rank-holding Member of ICAI. He will serve until the next Annual General Meeting and is liable to retire by rotation.
