TSF Investments Acquires 1.05% Stake in Wheels India Ltd

TSF Investments Limited has acquired 2,56,547 equity shares, representing 1.050% of the paid-up equity share capital of Wheels India Limited. This acquisition was an inter-se transfer from Trichur Sundaram Santhanam & Family Private Limited, another promoter of Wheels India Limited. The transaction was carried out under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations, exempting TSF Investments from making an open offer. A prior intimation under Regulation 10(5) was submitted on July 31, 2026, and this disclosure under Regulation 10(6) follows. Post-acquisition, TSF Investments' shareholding in Wheels India increased from 23.96% to 25.007%, while the seller's shareholding decreased from 29.85% to 28.804%.
