Wheels India Recommends Final Dividend of ₹9.14

Wheels India Ltd's Board of Directors, in its meeting on May 15, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹9.14 (91.4%) per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before June 30, 2026. The record date for the dividend is June 24, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the alteration of the Articles of Association. The 67th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 1, 2026, and the register of members will be closed from June 25, 2026, to July 1, 2026.
