Siddheshwar Advisory Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PAC) including Wealth Mine Networks Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of 16,000 equity shares of Wherrelz IT Solutions Limited. The acquisition, which occurred via off-market transfer on August 19 and August 21, 2026, increased their total holding to 26,400 shares, representing 6.78% of the company's total share capital. Prior to this transaction, Siddheshwar Advisory held 10,400 shares, constituting 2.67% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of Wherrelz IT Solutions Limited remains 3,89,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
