Wherrelz IT Appoints Secretarial Auditor at AGM

Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). During the AGM, the company appointed Ms. Mayuri Rupareliya, a Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor. The meeting also included the adoption of financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation. The e-voting facility was available, and the results of the voting on the resolutions, including the appointment of the secretarial auditor, will be communicated to BSE Limited within two working days.
