Viram Suvarn Reappoints Sanjay Vibhakar as Independent Director for 5 Years

Viram Suvarn Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Chunilal Vibhakar as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, concluding on June 20, 2031. The decision was approved by the company's members at its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Vibhakar, with over 25 years of experience in wholesale gold and jewellery, also holds degrees in Commerce and Journalism. His reappointment is in line with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. He is not debarred from holding a directorship by any regulatory authority.
