Williamson Magor Appoints Two Additional Directors

Williamson Magor & Company Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Arup Pal and Mr. Subhajit Majumdar as Additional Directors (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) to its Board. The appointments are effective from July 22, 2026. Both directors have confirmed they are not debarred from holding such office by any SEBI order or other authority. Mr. Pal, aged 32, brings over eight years of experience in Accounts and Purchase, having worked with organizations like Assam Company India Ltd. Mr. Majumdar, aged 47, has over twenty years of experience in Accounts and Commercial departments, with prior roles at McLeod Russel India Ltd.
