Windsor Machines: Enters MoU to Sell Thane Plots for ₹162 Cr

Windsor Machines Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Allerindia Developers LLP for the sale of its industrial plots and existing building structures located at Wagale Thane Industrial Area, Maharashtra. The plots, admeasuring 21,912 sq. meters, are located at plot no. E-6 and E-6(A). The consideration for the sale is ₹162.00 Crores, to be received in multiple tranches. The transaction is subject to definitive agreements, customary closing conditions, and regulatory approvals. The sale aims to monetize the asset for expansion of the company's Rajkot Plant.
