Wipro Board Meeting July 15-16 to Consider Q1 FY27 Results & Interim Dividend

Wipro Ltd has announced its next Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 15-16, 2026. The meeting will focus on approving the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, under both Ind AS and IFRS. Additionally, the Board will consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2026-27. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from June 16, 2026, until July 18, 2026, inclusive.
