Worth Peripherals Ltd has announced September 9, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for FY 2025-26 and for remote e-voting. The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 16, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. If declared, the final dividend will be paid on or before October 15, 2026.
