Xpro India Appoints BSRS & Co LLP as Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Xpro India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of BSRS & Co LLP as the company's statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting (FY 2027-28) until the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting (FY 2032-33). This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The current auditors, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, will conclude their term at the 30th AGM. Additionally, the Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and a corporate guarantee of up to AED 83 million (approx. INR 215 Crores) for a subsidiary. Sri K Balakrishnan was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term, and Sri Girish Behal will officially take over as Managing Director & CEO from January 1, 2027.
