Xpro India Re-appoints K Balakrishnan as Independent Director

Xpro India Ltd announced the re-appointment of Sri K Balakrishnan as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, from May 25, 2027, to May 24, 2032. The Board also approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the company approved a corporate guarantee of up to AED 83 million (approximately INR 215 Crores) for its subsidiary, Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC, to secure a term facility. The Board also recommended the appointment of BSRS & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2027-28 and approved the issuance of a letter of appointment to Sri Girish Behal as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2027.
