XTGlobal AGM Approves Board Changes, New Directors Appointed

XTGlobal Infotech Limited announced that its members, at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, approved significant changes to the Board of Directors. Mr. Jitesh Raghu Mullapudi was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Venkata Madhusudhana Rao Paladugu was appointed as an Independent Director for a term of five years. Ms. Vuppuluri Sreedevi was re-appointed as a Director liable to retire by rotation and also re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a further five years. Additionally, Mr. Venkata Appala Narasimha Raju Kalidindi and Mr. Jagannatha Prasad Malireddy ceased to be directors upon completion of their respective tenures.
