Xtglobal Infotech Ltd: Board Composition and Committee Chair Changes

Xtglobal Infotech Ltd announced changes in its board composition and committee chairpersons following its 38th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. Mr. Venkata Appala Narasimha Raju Kalidindi and Mr. Jagannatha Prasad Malireddy ceased to be Directors. Mr. Venkata Madhusudhana Rao Paladugu was appointed as an Independent Director, and Mr. Jitesh Raghu Mullapudi as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Consequent to Mr. Kalidindi's cessation as Chairperson, Mr. Saibaba Karuturi has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Board. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have also been reconstituted.
