Indiabulls Ltd Allots 26.6 Lakh Shares via ESOP

Indiabulls Limited has announced the allotment of 26,60,700 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. This allotment is pursuant to the exercise of employee stock options under the 'Indiabulls Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2025'. The issuance of these shares has increased the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 466,44,08,604, comprising 233,22,04,302 equity shares. The company was formerly known as Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited.
