Indiabulls Ltd Signs Development Management Deal for Gurugram Project

Indiabulls Limited has entered into an agreement with a private landlord for the Development Management of a residential project on approximately 10.84 acres on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. Phase 1 and 3 of the project have received RERA registration, with a launch anticipated by mid-October 2026. The project boasts an estimated saleable area of 21 lakh sq. ft. and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs. 3,700 crores. This new project increases the company's total GDV across all projects to Rs. 27,308 crores.
