Yash Highvoltage Subsidiary Signs 3-Year Sales Rep Agreement

Yash Highvoltage Ltd's subsidiary, YASH HV USA INC., has entered into a Representation Agreement with GATEWAY POWER SALES, effective September 29, 2026. The agreement is for a period of 36 months and appoints GATEWAY POWER SALES as a Sales Representative in the USA, covering three states in the Mid-west region. The representative will promote, market, and represent the sales of Yash Highvoltage's Low Voltage High Current Bushings (up to 25,000 Amps), Oil-Impregnated Paper (OIP) Condenser Bushings (up to 245 kV), and Resin Impregnated Paper [RIP] and Resin Impregnated Synthetic [RIS] Condenser Bushings (up to 230 kV, available from 2027). The agreement also includes stakeholder mapping, product evangelism, and utility approvals. Other products may be added by mutual written agreement.
