Yash Highvoltage Ltd's subsidiary, YASH HV USA INC., has entered into a 36-month Representation Agreement with EHV Solutions LLC, effective October 12, 2026. EHV Solutions LLC will act as a sales representative in the USA, covering five states in the Western & South Central regions. The agreement focuses on promoting and marketing Yash Highvoltage's Low Voltage (LV) High Current Bushings, Oil-Impregnated Paper (OIP) Condenser Bushings up to 245 kV, and Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) and Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) Condenser Bushings up to 230 kV (available from 2027). The scope includes stakeholder mapping, product evangelism, and utility approvals. Other products may be added by mutual agreement.
