Pakka Allots ₹50 Cr Third Tranche of NCDs via Private Placement

Pakka Ltd's Fund Raising Committee approved the allotment of the third tranche of secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) totaling ₹50 Crores. This private placement includes 3,000 unlisted, junior, secured, unrated, redeemable NCDs of face value ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating up to ₹30 Crores, and 2,000 unlisted, senior, secured, unrated, redeemable NCDs of face value ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating up to ₹20 Crores. These NCDs are part of a larger total issue size of ₹540 Crores. The junior series matures by May 31, 2035, and the senior series by June 30, 2033.
