Pakka Ltd Appoints Manoj Kumar Maurya as Interim CFO

Pakka Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Maurya as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis. The decision was made during the Board of Directors' meeting held on September 29, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval from the Audit Committee. Mr. Maurya, currently the Commercial Head, will hold the position until a regular appointment is made. He has been with the company since 1998 and previously served as interim CFO from February to June 2020. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
