Yashhtej Industries Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Yashhtej Industries (India) Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. H M Kadeval & Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and re-appointed M/s. JNP & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the date for the Annual General Meeting was fixed for September 29, 2026, with September 22, 2026, set as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility. NSDL was appointed for the e-voting platform, and M/s. H M Kadeval & Associates will serve as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
