Yashraj Containeurs Ltd Closes Trading Window Until May 30, 2026

Yashraj Containeurs Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company is required to declare its Audited Financial Results within 60 days from the end of the financial year, i.e., on or before May 30, 2026. Therefore, the trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 to May 30, 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to 48 hours post declaration of results. All Designated Persons, Directors, Promoters, and Designated Employees are advised not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during this period.
