Yatra Online Ltd Convenes 20th AGM on Sep 15, 2026

Yatra Online Ltd has announced its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26, scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), with no physical attendance for members. The company is dispatching the Annual Report and AGM Notice electronically to members who have registered their email IDs. For those without registered emails, a web-link to the Annual Report will be provided. The AGM notice and Annual Report are also available on the company's website (www.yatra.com). Yatra Online is facilitating remote e-voting through NSDL for the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
