YOGI Ltd Recommends Maiden Dividend of ₹0.25 Per Share

The Board of Directors of YOGI Ltd, in its meeting held on May 15, 2026, approved and recommended a maiden final dividend of ₹0.25 (2.5%) per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within the prescribed time after the AGM. The board also approved the Dividend Distribution Policy, effective from May 15, 2026. Other approvals include audited financial results, material related party transactions, and appointments of internal and secretarial auditors.
