Zaggle Invests ₹7.96 Cr in Unobanc, Secures 19.9% Stake

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has announced an investment of ₹7,96,00,640 (approximately ₹7.96 crore) in Unobanc Private Limited. This investment was made through a preferential issue on a private placement basis, resulting in Zaggle acquiring 62,188 equity shares. Consequently, Zaggle now holds a significant 19.9% equity stake in Unobanc Private Limited. This strategic move indicates Zaggle's expansion into new ventures and strengthening its market position through strategic alliances.
