Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services amends APAC Financial Services agreement

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an Amendment Agreement to its Original Agreement with APAC Financial Services Private Limited, executed on August 07, 2026. This amendment builds upon the initial agreement dated June 29, 2026. Under the revised terms, Zaggle will now provide Zaggle Employee Tax Benefits to APAC Financial Services, in addition to the existing Zaggle Zoyer Platform and Employee Expense Management services.
