Zee Ent Allots 20.94 Cr Warrants to Promoter Group Entity

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has allotted 20,94,47,805 fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis to Sunbright Mauritius Investments Limited, a promoter group entity. The allotment follows board and member resolutions, and approvals from NSE and BSE, along with a SAT order. The warrants were issued at a price of ₹126 each, with 25% (₹31.50) received as the subscription price. These warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months upon payment of the exercise price of ₹94.50. This transaction does not immediately change the company's paid-up share capital.
