Zelio E Mobility Re-appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Zelio E Mobility Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s Jagsir Singh & Associates as its secretarial auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 7, 2026, based on recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved the Board Report, Management Discussion & Analysis Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for FY 2025-26. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Mr. Kunal Arya, increased borrowing powers up to INR 1000 crores, and revised remuneration for Mr. Niraj Arya and Mr. Deepak Arya, all subject to shareholder consent.
