ZEN Technologies Appoints Dr. Sreenivas Rao Yellamanchali as CTO

ZEN Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Dr. Sreenivas Rao Yellamanchali as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 06, 2026. This decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 01, 2026. During the meeting, the Board also approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the Unaudited Financial Results for Q4 FY2025-26, with statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. Furthermore, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1/- per equity share (100%) for FY2025-26, to be declared at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 29, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. NSVR & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor and M/s. M P R & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY2026-27.
