Zenith Fibres Ltd has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The AGM agenda includes adopting the audited financial statements, declaring a dividend of ₹1 per equity share, and re-appointing Mr. Sanjeev Rungta. Additionally, the appointment of Mrs. Swati Shridhar as an Independent Director for a five-year term starting September 1, 2026, will be considered as a special business.
