Pinky Rungta Acquires 2.54% Stake in Zenith Fibres

Pinky Rungta, part of the Promoter Group of Zenith Fibres Limited, has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares, representing 2.54% of the diluted share capital. The acquisition occurred on June 16, 2026, through an inter-se transfer from Alpha Stitch-Art Pvt. Ltd., a related promoter entity. An additional 3,500 shares were acquired from the open market. This transaction was conducted under exemption regulations, with prior disclosure made on June 9, 2026. Following the transaction, Pinky Rungta's shareholding increased to 34.38%, while Alpha Stitch-Art Pvt. Ltd.'s holding decreased to 8.87%. The total consideration for the inter-se transfer was approximately ₹51.88 lakhs.
