Zensar Tech Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditor

Zensar Technologies Ltd has appointed M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the 64th AGM (2027) until the conclusion of the 69th AGM (2032), subject to shareholder approval. The current Statutory Auditor, M/s. SRBC & Co LLP, will continue until the 64th AGM in 2027. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee at its meeting held on April 24, 2026.
