ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd has announced the appointment of two Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs). Mr. Rakesh Mishra has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective September 1, 2026. Ms. C V Kavviya has been appointed as the Whole-Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective July 25, 2026, continuing her interim role as Compliance Officer.
