ZF Steering Gear India Subsidiaries Assign Leasehold Rights After MIDC Permission

ZF Steering Gear India Ltd. announced that its two wholly owned subsidiaries, NexSteer and DriveSys, have successfully assigned leasehold rights in accordance with the permission received from MIDC. The lease assignment relates to Plot No. E-3/2, MIDC Supa Parner Industrial Park, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra — 414 301, along with the factory building constructed thereon. This announcement follows earlier intimations dated January 1, 2026, and July 26, 2025, and is in line with the proposal disclosed in the Company’s Board Report for FY 2024-25. The arm's length transaction was executed on March 18, 2026, with NexSteer joining as the Confirming Party in the Lease Deed with MIDC.
