Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since July 29, 2022, has submitted its audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The submission is in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations. The current Resolution Professional, Chirag R. Shah, took over management on September 4, 2025. The financial statements were prepared based on available records and accounting practices, with the responsibility for the period up to March 31, 2025, vesting with the erstwhile RP, Mr. Huzefa Fakhri Sitabkhan.
