NCLAT Directs Proceedings Subject to Appeal Outcome

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has been informed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) that any further proceedings related to an impugned order will be subject to the final outcome of an ongoing appeal (Company Appeal (AT) (Ins.) No. 2006 of 2026). The NCLAT has directed the matter to be listed again on November 18, 2026. The tribunal also addressed procedural matters, including the provision of documents and the impleadment of all Committee of Creditors (CoC) members as respondents. The appeal concerns a dispute where dissenting financial creditors are reportedly entitled to a minimum payment based on liquidation value, with a fixed outlay of ₹16,00,00,000/- allocated to financial creditors.
