Zodiac Energy Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, "ZODIAC ENERGY IPP-4 PRIVATE LIMITED", through its Authorized Representative, Mr. Kunjbihari Shah. The new entity, incorporated on October 06, 2026, has a nominal share capital of ₹10,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000. This subsidiary is established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to undertake projects related to solar power generation and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities. The incorporation aligns with Zodiac Energy's business expansion strategy, aiming to strengthen operational capabilities and facilitate the execution of solar power generation and EPC projects. The company has subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital, acquiring full ownership and control.
