Zydus Lifesciences Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Gift City

Zydus Lifesciences Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Zydus Global Treasury Centre IFSC Limited, in Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, effective August 25, 2026. The new entity has an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹5 Crores. Its primary objective is to function as a Global and/or Regional Corporate Treasury Centre, undertaking treasury activities and services. The incorporation was funded through a 100% cash subscription to the paid-up share capital. As the entity is newly incorporated, it has not yet commenced business operations and therefore has no turnover. This move is part of the company's strategic expansion into treasury operations.
