The demand as per the Assessment Order for AY 2013-14 is Rs. 3,14,30,443/- (Inclusive of Interest of Rs. 1,59,85,045/- ). The Company has filed an appeal against the said Assessment Order for AY 2013-14 and will also contest SCN with documentary evidence in support of the same.

Amines & Plasticizers Ltd has received Income-Tax Assessment Orders for Assessment Years (AY) 2014-15 and 2015-16. The orders were received on March 20, 2026, and March 21, 2026, respectively. The company has also received Show Cause Notices (SCN) for Penalty Under Section 274 read with Section 271 (1)(c) of the Act for both assessment years. The company does not foresee any material impact on the financial, operational, or other activities based on preliminary assessment, prevailing law, and counsel's advice.

Amines & Plasticizers Ltd has received Show Cause Notices from the Income Tax Department under Section 147 of the Income Tax Act for the assessment years 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16. The notices were received in February 2026 and the Company has been asked to submit response including documentary evidence in respect of genuineness of transaction. The Company, after taking legal advice, contested the SCN along with the documentary evidence in support of the same and submitted the response. Based on the preliminary assessment, prevailing law, and on the advice of counsel, the Company does not foresee any material impact on the financial, operational, or other activities.

Amines & Plasticizers Ltd has received a waiver of fine from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) amounting to Rs. 90,000. The fine was initially imposed due to vacancies in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee for a total of 15 days in the quarters ended September 2024 and December 2024. The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) will also treat this waiver as approval for their fine of the same amount, as per the circulars dated 26th August 2025.
