IGL Spirits Limited, the demerged potable spirits and biofuels business of India Glycols Limited, has successfully listed on the BSE and NSE on November 4, 2026. The company operates in portable spirits and biofuels, with a portfolio including whisky, rum, and vodka, and manufacturing facilities in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. IGL Spirits ranks among India's top five spirits companies by sales volume. In FY26, the potable spirits business recorded sales of 30 million cases and net revenue of ₹1,331 crore, while the biofuels business contributed ₹1,470 crore. Combined revenue was ₹2,801 crore in FY26, up from ₹2,219 crore in FY25. EBITDA increased to ₹492 crore in FY26 from ₹350 crore in FY25, with EBITDA margin improving to 17.6%. Profit after tax stood at ₹244 crore in FY26, up from ₹151 crore in FY25.
