Post this acquisition, BSL Infrastructure has announced an open offer to acquire up to 26,19,500 (Twenty-Six Lakh Nineteen Thousand and Five Hundred) equity shares representing 26.00% of the voting share capital from the public shareholders of P.M. Telelinnks at an offer price of INR 26.81/- per offer share. The offer is payable in cash, assuming full acceptance, and will aggregate to a maximum consideration of INR 1,78,38,795/-.
