The company has announced four land transactions in Q1 FY27, spanning 41.93 acres with a cumulative GDV of ₹5,200 crore, reflecting strong business development momentum.

Puravankara Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. The residential project has a potential gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,100 crore and a developable area of approximately 0.74 msft. This move aligns with Puravankara's strategy to expand in high-demand urban corridors. In FY26, Puravankara achieved its highest-ever annual sales of ₹7,407 crore, a 55% year-on-year growth.

The land includes a 7.92-acre joint development agreement and 6.65 acres purchased by Puravankara. The project will have a total saleable area of about 1.8 million sq ft. This acquisition increases Puravankara's developable land in Bengaluru to 25.61 msft. The location benefits from its proximity to employment hubs and infrastructure.

Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited (SICL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara Limited, has received a Letter of Intent from Sion Eden Developers Private Limited for civil and structural works for Embassy Eden, Bengaluru. The contract is valued at ₹1,33,34,09,064 including GST. The project is expected to be executed within 34 months from the date of site handover.

Puravankara Ltd has appointed Mr. Subrahmanya Gupta Boda as Chief Technology Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective May 19, 2026. The appointment is subject to the approval of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. Mr. Boda brings over 29 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Governance.
