Ramco Systems Ltd. has received an Income Tax Assessment Order for the Assessment Year 2023-24 under section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The order, issued on 2nd March 2026, determines a tax demand of Rs.0.30 Min. and makes transfer pricing adjustments aggregating to Rs.404.11 Min. The company disputes the tax demand and adjustments and will file an appeal within 30 days. Based on a preliminary assessment and advice from consultants, Ramco Systems is confident of a favourable outcome and does not expect any financial implications arising from the disputed matters.

On 13th October 2025, Ramco Systems Ltd. announced that Mr. Rohit Mathur, Executive Vice President, and Mr. Rajiv Kumar, Chief Human Resource Officer, had executed their trading plans.
