S.K. Offset Ltd

S.K. Offset Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. SMC Global Securities Limited, along with its wholly-owned subsidiary Moneywise Financial Services Private Limited (PAC), has acquired a 26.68% stake in S.K. Offset Limited. The acquisition involved 20,66,000 equity shares. Of these, 10,81,000 shares were acquired through the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of S.K. Offset Limited, with 1,20,000 shares allocated to SMC Global Securities as Market Maker, and 4,20,000 and 5,41,000 shares allocated to Moneywise Financial Services in the Anchor Investor and QIB portions, respectively. An additional 9,85,000 shares were acquired by SMC Global Securities through open market purchases on BSE. The total equity share capital of S.K. Offset Limited remains ₹7,74,33,200 post-acquisition.
